3. Disclaimer of Warranties
FinBot services are provided "As-Is". We do not warrant that our ML analysis will be error-free or uninterrupted. Financial markets are volatile; our modules provide historical context and sentiment patterns, not real-time transactional commands.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall FinBot, its directors, or its research partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of financial profit, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of our portal.
Our analysis of supplier performance and OEM stock correlations is based on non-deterministic Natural Language Processing (NLP) standards. Our internal checks maximize precision, yet the inherent complexity of equity markets means FinBot is not a substitute for professional human investment advice.
Consulting & Educational Data
Users engaging with the Intelligence Hub must acknowledge that individual educational modules and predictive signal summaries are for research purposes.
When utilizing our customized strategy development, the client remains responsible for verifying all internal data requirements and risk appetite shifts. FinBot strategy dev provides methodology alignment only; we do not build, maintain, or deliver client-owned software platforms.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
